1. Booking & Reservation Policy ;
- All helicopter bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or authorized agents.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mountain Helicopters.
- A valid ID and necessary travel permits (if required) must be provided at the time of booking.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
2. Payment Policy ;
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Full payment must be made before the scheduled flight unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to regulatory changes, fuel surcharges, or other factors.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy ;
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: Eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: Non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Mountain Helicopters:
- If a flight is canceled due to bad weather, technical issues, or operational reasons, customers may reschedule or request a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Weather & Flight Delays Policy ;
- Flight operations depend on weather conditions, air traffic, VIP movements and regulatory approvals.
- In case of delays due to bad weather, flights may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Mountain Helicopters Pvt.Ltd.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to weather-related delays.
5. Safety & Security Policy ;
- All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the pilot and crew.
- Dangerous goods, flammable items, and unauthorized equipment are strictly prohibited.
- Passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied boarding.
6. Baggage Policy ;
- Due to weight limitations, baggage allowance per passenger may vary.
- Excess baggage may be subject to additional charges or may not be allowed on board.
7. Privacy Policy ;
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- Data collected during booking (name, contact details, payment information) will be used only for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Liability Policy ;
- Mountain Helicopters is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the flight.
- We recommend passengers have travel insurance covering helicopter evacuation, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.
9. Customer Conduct Policy ;
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards crew members and fellow travelers.
- Any misconduct may result in denial of service without a refund.
10. Governing Law ;
These policies are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
